House Beletage

HOUSE BELETAGE  Located in the heart of the city, House Beletage is a bed & breakfast with equal parts style and convenience. You don’t have to stray far from the action to get a boutique hotel experience as the hotel is located in the Palace District (just a minute away from all the bars and restaurants on trendy Mikszáth Kálmán square and Ráday Street).

BOHEM ART HOTEL  A trendy spot that is an art lover’s paradise. This boutique hotel is located in central downtown, you’ll be right in the middle of the Budapest culture. What’s even better is it will continue as you return to your room, the hotel is decked out with art from contemporary Hungarian artists. Guests can even choose their room based on which piece of art they most enjoy!

LÁNCHÍD 19 DESIGN HOTEL  This boutique gem offers postcard-worthy views of the Chain Bridge and the Buda castles with its location right along the Danube River. A room with a balcony would be the perfect spot for an evening cocktail, no need to seek out a rooftop bar here!

Sunset views from the 360 Bar

360 BAR This rooftop bar in the middle of Pest offers great cocktails, a varied food menu and a DJ spinning live music. However, all of this pales in comparison to the killer view of the city all around you. This is the perfect place to catch the sunset while grabbing drinks or dinner. Then, stay and enjoy the DJ as the city begins to light up all around you.

ÖTKERT  Located in the lively nightlife area near Chain Bridge, Ötkert is one of the popular “ruinpubs” of Budapest. It is always buzzing at night but it’s also a great spot for lunch or a cold Soproni (a typical Hungarian beer) while listening to their live music.

KISHARANG ÉTKEZDE  A hole in the wall place that is committed to serving the best of traditional Hungarian cuisine. Its central location in Pest, casual atmosphere and friendly service are just a bonus to the main reason you should visit – the goulash.

A view of Pest from the Fisherman’s Bastion

FISHERMAN’S BASTION   Sitting high atop Castle Hill in Buda, this Neo-Gothic stone terrace is a sight in itself. It also offers breathtaking views of the Hungarian Parliament and the rest of Pest sitting across the Danube. You’ll also find the beautiful Matthias Church right behind the terrace.

CHAIN BRIDGE   The Széchenyi Chain Bridge is a suspension bridge that spans the River Danube between Buda and Pest, the western and eastern sides of Budapest. Sit underneath the bridge along the Danube on the Pest side for some great views of Castle Hill. Also, be sure to use the pedestrian lanes to walk across it yourself!

SZÉCHENYI THERMAL BATHS  The Thermal Bath is one of the largest spa complexes in Europe. It’s also the first thermal bath of Pest. Built in the early 1900’s, this bath has been a popular meeting place and (now) tourist destination for visitors to the Hungarian capitol.
